WP Maps allows users to send lead forms to customers which can be used to gather valuable customer information such as name, email, phone number, etc.
The lead forms can be sent in instances when your potential customer cannot find a store in his/her desired location.
The lead forms can also be configured to send an automatic reply once the customer fills out the lead form. Moreover, there is also an option to export contacts, this will export the details of a customer-filled-out lead form.
To configure the lead form, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the “Super Administrator” Page via the “Super Admin” tab
- Navigate to the “Lead forms” Tab
- Fill in the required fields in the “Contact Form” section, such as receiving email address, message, domain, etc.
- Enable “Automatic Reply” to send automatic replies to customers who fill out the lead form
- Click on “Save Details”

Once you click on “Save Details”, you will get a notification that the contact form has been updated.
