This article will explain how users can set up a periodic email report from Google analytics. The analytics report will be sent on a weekly or monthly basis, based on your selection.
To enable the email reports, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the “Super Admin” page, then select the “Configuration” tab and finally, select the “Reports” sub-tab.
Step 2: To provide the analytics data to WP Maps, users will need to provide permission to the WP Maps analytics user by adding it to their analytics account. To do this copy the email address at the bottom of the “Reports” sub-tab.

Step 3: After you copy the email address, head over to Google Analytics and add this email to the profile table
Step 4: On Google Analytics main page, switch to Universal Analytics (starts with UA)

Step 5: Click on the “Admin” button on the sidebar, then select “Property Access Management”
Step 6: Click on the “+” button on the top-right side and select “Add User” to add a new user, you will then be redirected to the “Add Permissions” page
Step 7: Paste the email you copied under “Email Addresses” in the “Add Permissions” page, make sure the “Read and Analyse” option is enabled, and finally click on “Add”

The WP Maps analytic user is now on the list and has been given permission to read and analyze the data. You will now be receiving the analytics report on your email for the duration you selected.
