Each time you perform any changes, you’re required to refresh that build by pressing the "Update" button on the build to make changes take place effectively.

Refresh is done to serve the new version of the build with changes, and avoid the cache. You can also do it without refreshing by increasing the number from the "tlog" variable in the generated script.
